Our Tenant Find service is perfect for hands-on landlords who just need help finding and vetting high-quality tenants. Our Fully Managed service is a complete, hassle-free solution where we handle everything from rent collection and maintenance to inspections and renewals.
How do you ensure you find high-quality tenants?
We use a rigorous vetting process for every applicant. This includes comprehensive credit checks, employment and income verification, and references from previous landlords. We only place tenants we would be happy to have in our own properties.
Is the Tenant Find fee included if I choose the Fully Managed package?
Yes, absolutely. The Fully Managed package includes all services from the Tenant Find package at no extra cost. We find your tenant and then seamlessly transition into managing the property for you, all covered by the monthly management fee.
How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?
In our Fully Managed service, we coordinate all repairs and maintenance using our network of trusted, local contractors. We always seek your approval for any significant expenditure and ensure all work is completed to a high standard, promptly.
What happens if a tenant falls into rent arrears?
Our proactive rent arrears management is a key part of the Fully Managed service. We have strict processes for chasing late payments and will communicate with both you and the tenant to resolve the situation quickly and professionally, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?
No. We believe in complete transparency. Our fees are clearly stated: one month's rent for Tenant Find and a simple percentage for Fully Managed, both subject to a minimum fee. There are no hidden setup charges or renewal fees.
