What’s the main benefit of the Advanced Package?
The Advanced Package includes everything from our Basic Package PLUS your standard conveyancing fees. By bundling this essential legal service, we save you over £400 and the hassle of finding a separate solicitor, streamlining your entire sale.
Are your fixed fees *really* fixed?
Yes, 100%. We believe in total transparency. The price you see is the price you pay for our services. There are no hidden costs, no completion commissions, and absolutely no surprises. Ever.
When do I pay for the package?
Our fixed fee is payable only on completion of your sale. There are no upfront costs for our service, giving you complete peace of mind and demonstrating our commitment to achieving a successful result for you.
How are your fees so much lower than other agents?

Does "Includes Conveyancing" cover all legal costs?
